Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
5 to 7 zucchini, sliced thin
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos
Preparation

Mix vinegars and spices.
Add to vegetables; mix carefully. Marinate in refrigerator at least 6 hours.
Serves 10 to 12.
