Gourmet Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
Preparation

Mix and form into meatballs.
Melt margarine in frying pan. Flour meatballs and fry in margarine.
Pour off excess fat.
Mix mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and water.
Mix in pan to make gravy.
Serve over rice, noodles and mashed potatoes.
Can make and freeze ahead of time.
