Shanghai Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pounds boneless round or sirloin steak, cut into strips or chunks
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 green pepper, cut into strips or chucks
    1 red pepper, cut into strips or 1 can bean sprouts, do not drain
    3 to 6 tbsp. soy sauce (depending on your taste)
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 1/2 c. minute rice
Preparation
    Put oil in pan, add steak strips.
    Brown.
    When steak is fully browned, add cornstarch to pan.
    Mix until cornstarch has soaked up all juices.
    Add beef broth, green and red pepper strips, bean sprouts, soy sauce and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    When boiling, add minute rice.
    Remove from heat and cover pan.
    Let stand 5 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
    Serve.
