Marinated Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 tsp. capers and their juice
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    2 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. white onions, sliced very thin
    1 tsp. salt
    8 bay leaves
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    2 1/2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Mix well and pour over shrimp that have been cleaned and cooked with crab boil.
    Alternate layers of shrimp, onions and bay leaves in a glass dish that can be securely covered.
    Be sure that each layer of shrimp is covered with onions and that all of shrimp are fully covered when finished.
    After you secure cover over dish, store in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
    This mixture will keep from 7 to 10 days.
