Ingredients

6 Tbsp. white rice
6 c. milk (4 1/2 c. whole milk and 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk)
1 tsp. salt
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In double boiler, put rice, milk and salt.
Cook low enough to see just a slight boil for 1 hour.
Cover with lid for most of the hour.
Important:
Only stir a little every 10 minutes.
Make sure rice is done before you continue.
