Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Hungry Jack instant mashed potato flakes
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. melted margarine
    2 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
    4 chicken legs, skinned
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine potato flakes, cheese, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Coat chicken pieces in melted margarine and then coat with potato mixture.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until golden brown.
    May use chicken wingettes in place of larger pieces.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
