Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 can condensed milk
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 c. Key lime juice
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix milk, egg yolks and lime juice until creamy.
    Fold in stiffened egg white.
    Pour in pie crust.
    Beat remaining egg whites; gradually add sugar and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
    Spread on pie and seal edges.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
