Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
juice of 3 lemons or 2 Tbsp. reconstituted lemon juice
Preparation

Mix cake mix, 1 egg, oil and 2 tablespoons of water by hand. Mixture will be stiff and slightly crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup of mixture and pat remainder in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake crust at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
