"Tipsy" Tater Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 c. sliced celery
    flour
    1 c. beer
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Place layers of potatoes, onions and celery into a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle small amount of flour between potato layers. Add beer mixed with stock, salt and pepper.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are almost tender.
    Melt oleo and stir in crumbs, cheese and garlic powder. Uncover casserole and sprinkle top with crumb mixture.
    Continue baking uncovered for additional 10 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
    Serves 8.
