Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large box Velveeta cheese
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 small pkg. dried beef, chopped fine
1 stick butter (must be butter)
diced onion or minced onion to taste

Preparation

Let all soften; mix with mixer.
Roll in nuts.
Freezes well.
