Christmas Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, crust removed
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 c. cheese, grated
    1 to 2 cans mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry sausage.
    Place bread in a casserole dish.
    Blend eggs, milk and mustard.
    Spread cooked sausage over the bread.
    Pour the milk mixture over the sausage and bread.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
