Baked Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. corned beef
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice
    1 orange, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 carrot, sliced
Preparation
    Soak beef in water 1/2 hour or more.
    Place on large sheet of foil and pat dry.
    Pour water on and sprinkle spice.
    Arrange orange and vegetable slices around meat.
    Seal foil with tight double folds.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
