Piccolo Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, minced
    10 refrigerated biscuits
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. taco cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    olives
Preparation
    Fry sausage; drain.
    Add oregano and garlic; set aside. Flatten biscuits to 4-inch circles and fill with tomatoes, then sausage mixture, then cheeses.
    Top with olives.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
