Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 English cut beef ribs
    1 pkg. frozen soup vegetables
    1 can stewed tomatoes (Mexican style or Ro-Tel)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. water
    4 c. additional water
    3 or 4 potatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Brown beef ribs.
    Add frozen soup vegetables, stewed tomatoes, chopped onion, beef bouillon cube dissolved in water and 4 additional cups of water to soup.
    Cook until meat is tender.
    Add cut up potatoes.
    Cook another 30 minutes.
    Add more water as needed while cooking.
