Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 c. flour
    3 cans hot chicken broth
    4 stalks celery, diced
    6 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can beer (not light)
Preparation
    Combine melted oleo and flour; add next 4 ingredients.
    Cook for 20 to 30 minutes on simmer until celery is soft.
    Add cheese and beer.
