16 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juices (not drained)
1 lb. cottage cheese (lite or regular)
2 packets unflavored gelatin
7 packets low calorie sweetener
1 egg or 2 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Put everything in blender.
Spray with nonstick cooking spray a 10-inch pie plate or round cake pan.
Pour batter in plate and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
