Croissants A La Vanille Robson - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 grams almonds
    280 grams flour
    70 grams sugar
    200 grams butter (unsalted)
    2 egg yolks
    5 pkg. Sucre Vanille
    50 grams confectioners or fine granulated sugar
Preparation
    Bring the almonds to a boil; peel and crush them fine.
    Add to flour, sugar and butter (cut in small pieces).
    Add egg yolks; mix and knead quickly with fingers, hand to form an homogeneous mixture.
    Form the dough into small pieces of 2-inches long and bend them in the shape of croissants.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 or medium heat oven.
