Fruit Pudding Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. cold milk
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
    1 c. thawed Cool Whip
    6 c. fresh fruit (example: melon balls, strawberries, pineapple, bananas, peaches and blueberries)
Preparation
    Pour milk and orange juice into bowl.
    Add pudding mix.
    Beat slowly on lowest speed for 1 minute.
    Add 1 cup Cool Whip and beat 1 minute longer.
    Arrange fresh fruit in a large serving bowl. Cover top of bowl with pudding mixture.
    Garnish with 2 to 3 strawberries and a large spoonful of pudding mixture.
    Must be kept refrigerated until ready to eat.
