Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Mix potatoes, 1/2 of the melted butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix remaining 1/4 cup butter with corn flake crumbs and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Garnish with parsley or lemon twists, if desired.
Serves 10 to 12.
