Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can whole green chiles
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour, eggs and milk.
    Wash
    and
    clean chiles; cut into strips.
    Cut cheese into blocks.
    Wrap
    cheese
    with chiles; place in casserole dish.
    Pour
    batter
    over
    chiles. Pour tomato sauce over batter.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for
    1
    hour,
    or until bubbly and brown on the top.
    Serve while hot.
