Salsa Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. chopped tomatoes
    6 to 7 c. chopped white onion
    4 to 10 Anaheim peppers, chopped
    1 1/3 c. white vinegar
    3 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 jalapenos, chopped, (if you want it hot)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Simmer until thick.
    Put in bottles and seal.
    Makes about 7 pints.
