Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 small to medium size potatoes
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    pinch of celery salt or seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. diced onion
    mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on until soft.
    Remove from fire and spray with cold water.
    When cool, remove skins and mash potatoes. Add eggs, pickle relish, celery salt, salt and onion.
    Add mayonnaise to hold together; mix thoroughly;
    chill 3 to 4 hours.
