Sausage Ryes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage (Bob Evans spicy hot)
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm party rye bread
Preparation
    Fry sausage and ground beef; drain well.
    In medium size microwave-safe bowl, melt cheese on High, stirring often.
    Combine melted cheese, spices and meats; mix well.
    Spread on rye bread slices.
    Place on cookie sheet and place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes.
