Skillet Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    1/4 c. almonds, toasted
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a heavy skillet.
    Heat slowly until the cheese melts.
    Serve at once with hot rolls.
    Don't overcook!!!
