Miniature Ham Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. diced pepperoni
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Preparation

Grease miniature muffin tins well.
Mix all ingredients and fill cups 3/4 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
