Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large plum tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. fresh lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes and add all other ingredients.
    Place in a medium size bowl.
    Add olive oil and lime juice.
    Stir ingredients together.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
    Can be stored for up to a week.
