St. Patrick'S Day Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    3/4 c. miniature chocolate chips
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla or 1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 can cream cheese icing
    1 c. green colored sugar
    1/2 c. candy coated milk chocolate pieces
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, stir together (these do not need an electric mixer) first 6 ingredients.
    In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and vanilla or almond extract.
    Stir into flour just until combined. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
    Frost with cream cheese icing; sprinkle with colored sugar and then milk chocolate pieces.
    Makes 18.
