Sweet 'N Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces skinned chicken
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 (4 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chicken in 8 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking pan or dish.
    Mix together onion soup mix, dressing and preserves.
    Pour evenly over chicken.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
