Seafood Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 lb. cooked scallops
1/2 lb. crab meat
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onions
4 c. milk (hot)
2 c. half and half or light cream
2 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
3/4 c. white wine
1/3 c. flour
chopped parsley
Preparation

Simmer onions
in
melted
butter
Add\tseafood and hot milk. In a
small bowl combine wine and flour;
add cream and mix well. Stir
into\tseafood
mixture
and
bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley for serving.
Makes 8 servings.
