Mary Pearl'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped apples
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 well beaten eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat together the eggs, oil, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Add sugar; beat.
    Slowly blend in flour with soda and salt.
    Blend well.
    Add pecans; stir.
    Fold in chopped apples last.
    Bake in heavy Bundt or tube pan for 1 1/2 hours.
