Mocha Sparkle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. Domino granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. hot strong coffee
2 c. scalded milk
whipped cream
Preparation

Combine cornstarch and water in top of double boiler.
Add sugar, cinnamon, chocolate and coffee.
Cook over boiling water until thick.
Add milk.
Heat 15 minutes while stirring often. Chill.
Top with whipped cream and serve cold.
Makes about 6 servings.
