Salmon Log Or Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones.
    Combine salmon with next 7 ingredients; mix well.
    Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
    Shape into log or ball.
    Roll salmon mixture into combination of nuts and parsley.
    Chill well.
    Serve with crackers.
