Cheesy Carrot Top Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut up
    2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
    4 skinned, boned chicken breasts
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts, cut in half, in greased baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
