Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
6 eggs
1 lb. sausage (mild sage)
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Fry sausage; drain and cool.
Put bread flat in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle on sausage.
Beat eggs; add milk and pour over all.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake when needed in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
