Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
3 large carrots
2 green peppers
1 large white onion
2 bundles green onions
2 handfuls oriental noodles
1 to 2 lb. sausage
3 pkg. egg roll wraps
Preparation

Grind all vegetables in food processor.
Boil noodles; add to vegetables.
Brown sausage; add to mixture.
Put about 2 tablespoons of mixture into each skin; fold all corners in and roll up, sealing last corner with beaten egg.
Deep fry when ready to use.
Makes 40 to 45 egg rolls.
