Holiday Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. pecans
8 oz. fruit and peel mix
2 lb. pitted dates
2 lb. walnut meats
1 lb. shelled Brazil nuts
2 (8 oz.) cans maraschino cherries
5 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Drain and add maraschino cherries.
Stir to coat nuts and fruit with flour mixture.
Beat eggs and add vanilla.
Mix well into flour and fruit mixture.
Easiest to mix with hands in a big container.
