Walnut Crunch Pumpkin Pie(Makes One 9-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 unbaked 9-inch (4 c. volume) pie shell
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 3/4 c. (16 oz. can) solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) undiluted evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix walnuts and brown sugar in small bowl.
    Place 3/4 cup in bottom of pie shell.
    Reserve remaining mixture for topping. Combine egg, pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt and evaporated milk in bowl; mix well.
    Pour into pie shell.
