Baked Chicken Breasts Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
Place chicken in mixture; turn to coat.
Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Remove chicken from marinade; coat each piece with crumbs.
Arrange on a shallow baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until juice runs clear.
Yields 8 servings.
