Full Meal Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium green peppers
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped red or green peppers
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. cheese cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half lengthwise and place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at High for 5 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Combine soup and milk; stir in rice, chicken, cheese, chopped pepper and celery.
    Divide into peppers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
