Microwave Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 qt. popcorn, popped
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, soften oleo; add sugar, syrup and salt. On full power, microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir; microwave for 2 more minutes.
Take out and add soda and vanilla.
Have popped corn in brown paper sack and pour caramel over, stirring well. Put in on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir and repeat 3 more times for total of 4 1/2 minutes.
