Impossible Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    5 medium peaches, sliced thin
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend sugar and flour, then add the beaten eggs.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 buttered and floured pie pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 until the custard is set, about 30 to 40 minutes. This makes 2 pies that will make their own crusts.
