Crabmeat Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    Melba rounds
    paprika
Preparation
    Beat egg white in small bowl.
    Add seasonings and fold in crabmeat.
    Pile on Melba toast rounds.
    Sprinkle with paprika and place on cookie sheet.
    When ready to serve, place under broiler 3 minutes or until puffy and light brown.
    Makes 4 dozen.
