Spicy Rice Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ocean fillets (vegetable protein fish)
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 c. chili salsa
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In skillet, heat oil and brown ocean fillets and cut pieces in thirds.
    Add the peppers, onions and garlic.
    Simmer about 2 minutes.
    Add brown rice and salsa.
    Stir carefully, do not break the fillets.
    Simmer about 5 minutes more.
    Serves 6.
