Chunky Cheese Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, sliced into 2-inch strips
    1 large green bell pepper
    8 oz. mushrooms, halved
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. zucchini (about 3 medium)
    1 large red bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook chicken in oil in large skillet until no longer pink (about 5 minutes).
    Remove chicken from pan; drain all but 1 tablespoon oil.
