Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water (12 c.)
    10 chicken bouillons
    1 small onion (whole)
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 c. rice
    2 chicken breasts
    8 to 10 carrots, chopped
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large pot.
    Cook 4 to 5 hours over low heat.
    Remove onion and chicken bones (strip chicken).
    Serve with a loaf of rye bread (optional!).
