Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sweetened applesauce
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan well.
    Dump 1 can applesauce into pan. Dump 1 can crushed pineapple on top of that.
    Spread cake mix over that.
    Melt butter and pour over top of cake mix.
    Sprinkle nuts over butter.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with whipped cream, if desired.
    Serves 12.
