Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 can stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    1 pkg. frozen spinach (8 oz.), thawed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook garlic in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add broth and tortellini; heat to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add spinach and tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes or more.
    Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
