Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (I use ReaLemon)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan; stir in water and
    lemon\tpeel.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and stir in butter and lemon juice.\tYields 6 servings.
