Ingredients

2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond
Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar and flour.
Beat egg whites; add to mixture.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased and floured baking sheet.
Bake until brown at 325\u00b0, for 20 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
