Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked lima beans
    1/2 c. canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 c. green beans, steamed 15 minutes
    1/2 c. chopped yellow bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 to 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 to 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
